- Map which channels hold how much traveler-text data for your destination. Surprisingly few people have actually inventoried this.
- Use an LLM to extract an emotional profile per major site and put it on a map. Just having one “emotion map” changes the quality of destination-strategy conversations.
- Write down the rule for reading “loud minority voices” and “calm majority voices” separately. This alone dramatically reduces the skew in improvement priorities.
Back to that municipal officer: answering “why are repeat rates different at the same 4.5 stars?” needs both emotional flow and culture-segment resolution. Read those two layers carefully, and the difference becomes explainable.
